Once we complete the call, we will send a follow-up email detailing what we discussed. You'll have the option to hire us and if you choose to move forward after we chat, we will send you an invoice for the fee.

We will combine takeaways from our intake call with our expertise and global connections to create a proposal option for you to review. Timely and thorough feedback is paramount during this phase to secure the components you desire and deserve. Please consider if you are ready to place a deposit on a reservation within 3-5 business days of receiving a proposal.

Once you approve your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit amount for your vacation. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through. Then, all that’s left to do is enjoy your adventure! Our focus is on organizing comprehensive travel packages and we do not provide bookings for standalone airfare, train travel, or hotels. Our goal is to ensure exceptional quality for our clients, which is why we only arrange for stays in 4 and 5-star accommodations.

Please note that we only book airfare reservations if they can be combined with the travel provider we're partnering with for your journey. We are happy to recommend routes and dates based off of your inquiry. We recommend clients review airfare pricing prior to solidifying your itinerary dates.
All inquiries are vetted to ensure a good fit. Budgets are discussed during your intake call to assure your needs and wants align with the amount you wish to spend. We're happy to suggest alternatives in the event that we don't feel confident we can deliver within your budget.

Taylored Tours provides clients with a helpful travel app containing all pertinent information for the vacation, including real time flight updates, addresses, contact information for the accommodations and tours, confirmation numbers, and vouchers (this app can be downloaded offline to use while traveling).

We ask that you keep an eye on your inbox, as this is our primary method of communicating time- sensitive and important details about your trip.
