As the founder of Taylored Tours, I understand the value of expert planning and insider perspectives when it comes to creating unforgettable journeys. 

How It All Started:

I’ve always loved seeing new places and meeting new people, and sharing these experiences with friends. As my travel experiences and expertise grew, I often found myself helping friends and family plan their own vacations.

While growing up, I spent my weekends and summers on our family farm, As a result, I was always interested, while traveling, in learning about local agriculture practices and culinary customs.

The art of making wine has also been very intriguing to me. I studied viticulture and enology courses and learned how to make wine. This hobby turned into a passion and my family planted vineyards on our farm land. When I’m not planning amazing trips for clients, you can often find me in our vineyards pruning, grape harvesting, and making wine.

My personal interest and experience in culinary and wine adventures has translated into some unique opportunities for clients who are interested in trips that feature great food, wine, and libations. But my ‘mission’ is broader than that - I help clients customize trips based on their personal interests.

My goal is to help you be comfortable while moving out of your comfort zone - by encouraging you to learn and grow by trying new things when you travel. As a passionate travel advisor, I deeply believe in the transformative power of travel. There's something life-enriching in exploring different cultures, cuisines, landscapes, and history that I find absolutely irresistibly rewarding. It's for this reason that I travel.

I journey to various destinations primarily to equip myself with firsthand knowledge of the places. I see myself as the custodian of my clients' vacation dreams, and to guide these dreams to reality, it's absolutely essential that I experience the locations personally. There's a unique authenticity and confidence that emerges from advising clients based on personal experiences rather than from pages of a catalogue. 

When I visit places, I interact with the locals, engross myself in their food, wine, and culture, so I can bring home not just souvenirs, but stories, insider tips, and the true essence of that location. Knowing the intricacies - the best local bistros, the most serene spots, the most captivating experiences - is a crucial part of what I do. I value these experiences, as they enable me to advise clients beyond the conventional, making their trips an event to remember.

I travel because it allows me to craft extraordinary, customized vacations for my clients. The firsthand knowledge of hotels, restaurants, tour operators and other service providers is critical in ensuring the satisfaction of my clients.
